Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal applies to all purchases made in Funky Doris' online store. The withdrawal period is 14 days (cf. the Consumer Rights Act § 20). During this period, you can return the items you have received without any obligations, even if the item has been used. It is assumed that the item can be returned in substantially the same condition as it was at the time of purchase.

The right of withdrawal applies only to consumer purchases. Therefore, it cannot be used by businesses or others who have made the purchase as part of their business activities (cf. the Consumer Rights Act § 5, point a). The consumer bears the cost of the return (cf. the Consumer Rights Act § 24, first paragraph). Upon return, the money will be refunded within 14 days after receiving the return. The return costs will vary depending on which product you wish to return.
